Why was my offer removed

Sometimes, an offer will be removed from our marketplace because it may harm the Xvnia community that buys and sells cryptocurrencies.

Here are some reasons why offers are removed from the Xnvia marketplace:

• Changing the terms and instructions: Do not alter the terms and instructions that you agreed with your trade partner after starting the trade.
• Sharing contact information: Do not try to contact your trade partner outside of Xnvia’s trade chat. Sharing personal information can lead to fraud and identity theft. This includes WhatsApp, Telegram, phone numbers, email, etc.
• Being unresponsive with your trade partners: Do not make an offer and then ignore your trade partner once the trade is started.
• Being disrespectful: Do not use swear words, hate speech, or any rude or abusive language in your offer. Xnvia does not tolerate this kind of behavior.
• The payment method was restricted: Offers can be removed from the marketplace because the payment method chosen is not allowed in your location.
• Violation of Xnvia’s Terms of Service: If you break Xnvia’s Terms of Service, your offer may be removed.

Your offer may not be seen by other users if our system detects that your offer has a very low chance of success (e.g., very high margins). We suggest that you check the best offers and copy their style. Because the algorithm takes into account the current market conditions, you may have to adjust your offer regularly to keep or improve its visibility.
