I lost my PIN number.

After 3 wrong PIN attemps, your account will be disabled.

The only way to unlock your account is by verification. You are required to do the following:

  • Write the current date, our company name "Xnvia.com" and your full name on a piece of (white) paper.
  • Make a 'Selfie' holding this paper and your passport.
  • Send a clear photo to support@xnvia.com
  • Once we verified your identity, your account will be unlocked.
