How much time do I have to close a Deal?

The deal remains active for 45 minutes. If the buyer marks it as "Paid," the countdown stops, and you have the necessary time to complete the transaction. Similarly, opening a dispute also pauses the timer.

In short:

  • Once a deal is marked as paid or disputed, the other party can't take further action until the issue is resolved.
  • You can't mark a deal paid until you upload an image of the receipt from your bank transfer, or transaction confirmation from any other payment method such as PayPal.
