Why users might appear 'offline'?

Users sometimes appear offline. This status doesn't always mean they're inactive or uninterested - it often reflects the nature of our trading environment. Here are a few common reasons for offline user statuses:

  • Privacy and Anonymity
Many users value privacy and only log in when actively trading. Unlike centralized exchanges, P2P marketplaces often don't require constant connectivity, encouraging users to stay offline when not in use.
  • Time Zone Differences
Xnvia operates globally. A user in one region might be asleep or at work while another is trying to initiate a trade. This naturally results in periods of inactivity for many traders.
  • Manual Trade Management
Unlike automated exchanges, most P2P trades require manual approval or messaging. Users might log in only when they want to post or respond to an offer, leading to periods of being offline.
  • Platform Design
Xnvia only show users as “online” when they are actively browsing or interacting. Simply being logged in isn’t always enough to appear available.
