How does a Branch work?

An Xnvia Branch operates as part of a network managed through a Corporate account.

The Corporate account determines which financial services are available, establishes operational settings and manages the network.

Each Branch uses its own dashboard to carry out authorized activities.

How it works:

• A customer visits a participating Branch.
• An authorized Branch User accesses the appropriate service through the Branch Dashboard.
• The Branch User enters the required transaction information.
• The transaction is processed according to the applicable service, permissions and transaction requirements.
• The Branch User can review the transaction and its status through the dashboard.

Available services and transaction procedures may vary depending on the Branch configuration and applicable requirements.

Xnvia provides the infrastructure connecting the Branch to its Corporate network.
