Branch Roles and Permissions

Xnvia supports different Branch user roles to help businesses organize their operations and manage access to the platform.

Each Branch User receives individual login credentials and is assigned a role with specific permissions.

Available Branch roles:

Manager

The Manager is responsible for overseeing Branch operations within the permissions assigned by the Corporate account.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the management of daily Branch activities and can access the features permitted by their assigned role.

Staff

Staff members perform authorized operational tasks and customer transactions according to their assigned permissions.

Important:

Available features and access levels depend on the permissions configured for each user.

Every operator must use their own account. Sharing login credentials between employees is not permitted.
